Dr. Thomas Osterman, DC (“Dr. O”), became a chiropractor after recovering from a serious car accident at age 18 that left him with herniated discs. Inspired by his own results with chiropractic care, he earned his Biology degree from St. Peter’s College and his Doctorate from Life University in 2001. For over 20 years, he has led the Chiropractic Department with a patient-centered approach, specializing in treating injuries from motor vehicle accidents and restoring function through targeted, hands-on care.

He is committed to long-term patient outcomes through team-based care.
Dr. Hector Muñoz, DC, brings a patient-focused approach to the Chiropractic Department, shaped by his journey from Cali, Colombia to the United States at age 17. After earning his Doctorate from Life Chiropractic West, he established his practice in Elizabeth, serving the local community with bilingual care in English and Spanish. Dr. Muñoz is dedicated to restoring mobility, reducing pain, and helping patients return to daily life through hands-on, individualized treatment.
Dr. Kaviraj K. Joshi, DPT, is a board-certified physical therapist leading rehabilitation with a patient-centered approach. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from NYIT in 2016 and brings advanced training in massage therapy, Ayurveda, kinesiology taping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Treating patients of all ages and activity levels, he focuses on restoring movement, reducing pain, and preventing future injury with targeted, individualized care.
